The past two days have been crazy and insaely fun! On Friday I went to Downtown Los Angeles with my friends. We went to Chinatown, Little Tokyo, and walk down Hollywood Blvd (ALL of Hollywood Blvd. D:) I got a new tote bag with bunnies all over it from a stall in Chinatown. It was my first time bargaining... and I felt so confident in an odd way. Then in Little Tokyo I got myself a new Japanese mascara that was on sell in Marukai Market. It's now one of my favorite mascaras. :D I wish I could show you all pictures of the trip, but as I said before, I no longer have my little digital camera. D: Hopefully when Chayo uploads her pictures, I can show you some of the things we did.

Then yesterday I went to my friend Johana's going away party. She will be leaving to UC Berkeley in a week! I'm going to miss her a lot. But the party was really fun and I danced my sandals off to banda music all night. I also learned to dance merengue. Good stuff.


Now today I went to Cerritos Mall to try to find a dress for my sister's wedding this weekend. I found absolutely nothing. However, I did fall in love with this necklace that I found at Forever 21.





Sorry for my puffy face. Anyways, it was the last necklace of this kind that was there so I had to buy it!

Oh, btw. I need some readings for my sister's wedding. D: Does anybody have any poems/lyrics/passages about love/commitment/growing old that they could recommend to me?. Love-dovey stuff is not my forte, so I need help.

I've been thinking about starting a new blog (not on Livejournal). I want it to be a photography and fashion related blog. I'm currently searching around for a blog host. Maybe WordPress, but I don't know how to make layouts on it. u_u I tried once when I still had Skywound but I failed miserably. Lmao.

I'm currently having some money issues. I'm trying to save up to buy two new Canon camera lenses, but it seems like money is burning through my pockets. I haven't been spending my money on necessarily bad things. Just things like food, gas, and obligatory birthday gifts for people.

Although, today I did spend money on lipgloss. Hahaha. *__* I bought Bare Escentuals Buxom Lips in Dolly. It's pricey for the amount of lipgloss you get, but I'm out of my old one... so I had to buy it. x:




I'm getting this gloss in April next when I solve my cash problems.



So I counted my money today and in total I have $420. It is more than enough for the Canon 50mm f/1.8 lens, but hardly enough for the other lens that I want. I hope to get them for my half-sister's wedding since I'm her backup photography for the day.

I'm saving up every single penny that I could find! I have to reach my goal for that second lens (and April lipgloss). I'm searching for a job right now too. :/ I've only sent in an application for Aerie, but who knows when they'll call me back. I'm also applying for Sidecca since they are hiring and I'm sending in the application tomorrow. It's a little long though because they put in interview questions. Bleh. I hate this job searching crap.
